Remember each piece is a handcrafted work of art and takes time to create and make so please be patient.
All Rings are made with the finest silver. The stones are mined turquoise from the Southwest mines. We also use Red Coral, Onyx, and many other precious stones to create a "One of a Kind" ring.
When making a selection please tells us the Item, Row and Number so we can correspond them to our chart and give you the correct price for the merchandise you have chosen.
Note there are Bracelets, Watchbands, Necklaces, Belt buckles, and Pendants that are unisex in the Men's Merchandise page please browse to see if one fits your taste.
Some of the items on this page already have the price shown and can be worn by both Woman and Men.

You can easily purchase products through our convenient online ordering process:
View our online merchandise and choose from the wide variety available to you.
1. If you have any questions on the item you have chosen feel free to use our e-mail or call us by phone with your questions.
2. Choose what you would like to purchase, and get together all the information needed such as: Ring Size, or Length of Necklace, Type of Stone, ect. Don't know? We'll help you through the process without a problem.
3. If a special order & design, please e-mail a picture of the design, and size you wish to have so we may get together a price and time frame for the item. Always remember the drawing to be 3 dementional when designing.
4. Next just give us a call and we'll talk about everything you'll need to know about your item and the purchace. We are 100% one on one personal service. No middle man, no recordings, we help you all the way through your purchase right up to when you put your piece on.
5. When you are happy with your selection, or your custom piece has been designed, we'll give you a price, you mail the payment, and upon arrival of payment your item will be shipped immediately.
6. On custom designs we'll keep you updated on every step of the way keeping you informed on the progress of the piece. When the custom work is completed we will ship your item out to you. It's that easy.

We offer the following shipping options for your convenience.
United States Postal Service Flat Rate Shipping – 3 to 5 days
Large Envelope Size - 121/2”x 9” - $4.95
Small Box – Shoe Box 11”x8” - $10.35
Large Box – 12”x 12” – $13.95
Payment Methods:
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept checks, money orders, and bank checks, as payment for all orders.
Sorry we do not accept credit or debit cards, this allows us to keep our prices as low as possible and pass the savings to you our valued customer.
You may also call 1-413-467-3950 or 413-265-7368 to make a phone order or you can e-mail us at pailfacecreations@yahoo.com to make an order. If you pay by personal check or money order your order will ship 3 business days after we receive your check for clearing purposes.
On special orders your order will be shipped on completion of the piece. Your payment will then be deposited and you item shipped to you priority mail.
If you are un-happy with your order upon arrival, please return it in it's original form to us and your money will be refunded minus delivery charges only. There is no refunds on special orders designed by the customer. You must remember to realize a 3D item when designing a piece of jewelry. Drawings are in 2 dimensional and can look different when created in 3 dimensions.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including checking account numbers, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. All customer information other than name, address, and phone is destroyed.
